Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Numinous Technology (“Numinous”, “we”) collects when you use Numinous Cloud, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address, the organizations you belong to, and API keys you create.
- Billing data. Credit purchases and balances, and a Stripe customer identifier. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store them.
- Usage and operational data. Sandbox lifecycle events, per-second metering records, boot latencies, typed failure causes, and resource metrics, used for billing, observability, and reliability.
- Your Content. Code, files, ROMs, templates, logs, and artifacts you run or produce. Logs persist for 30 days after a sandbox ends; billing records persist for 90 days; you can delete artifacts sooner.
How we use it
To operate, meter, and secure the Service; to provide the dashboard and observability you see; to prevent abuse; and to communicate about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models.
Who we share it with
- Infrastructure providers that run the compute you request, including AWS and, for GPU workloads, marketplaces such as vast.ai and RunPod. Your Content may be processed on their systems to run your sandboxes.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Legal disclosures where required by law.
We do not share your account or usage data with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Sandbox logs and detailed telemetry are retained 30 days; billing-grade records (sandbox and usage rows) 90 days; account and payment records as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Security
Sandboxes are isolated from one another and from our infrastructure: tenants cannot reach each other over the network, cannot reach the host metadata service, and run without privilege escalation. Payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but this isolation is a core part of the product.
Your choices
You can access and export Your Content through the API, delete artifacts and sandboxes, and request account deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
